Vaccine Companies Investigated for Manslaughter
A formal investigation has been launched by French authorities against two managers from drug companies GlaxoSmithKline and Sanofi Pasteur. A second investigation for manslaughter has also been opened against Sanofi Pasteur MSD. The investigations are in response to allegations that the companies failed to fully disclose side effects from an anti-hepatitis B drug used between 1994 and 1998. During this time, close to two-thirds of the French population, and almost all newborn babies, received a hepatitis B vaccine. The vaccination campaign was halted after concerns rose over the shot’s side effects. In the United States, the hepatitis B vaccine is recommended for all newborns before they are discharged from the hospital. These recommendations are inexcusable.

Texas quickly rescinded its decision under the weight of public outrage. Now States are being urged to compell vaccination of little boys with the same poorly tested vaccine even though they have no chance of getting the disease it supposedly prevents.

Blaylock, MD - "On June 7-8, 2000 a secret conference was held at the Simpsonwood Conference Center in Norcross, Georgia to discuss a study examining the link between increasing doses of Thimerosal and neurodevelopmental disorders. The study was done using the Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) database, an official governmental data bank collecting patient vaccination information on the children from the health maintenance organizations (HMOs) being paid to participate. Attending were 51 scientists, representatives of pharmaceutical vaccine manufacturing companies and a representative of the World Health Organization; the public and the media were unlawfully excluded. The conclusions of this meeting were quite startling, since it confirmed a dose-response link between Thimerosal and neurodevelopmental disorders that held up to rigorous statistical analyses. In their discussion, they make plain why the meeting was held in secret: the conclusions would have destroyed the public’s confidence in the vaccine program, and more importantly, their faith in vaccine authorities. When the results of this study were published three years later in the journal Pediatrics, the “problem” had been fixed, in that by adding another set of data from a third HMO, reorganizing the criteria for inclusion and restructuring the patient groupings, a less than statistically significant link was demonstrated. February 9, 2004 - The Institute of Medicine held a meeting to review research that has been found, which links thimerosal, a mercury-based preservative in vaccines, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism. The panel used data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Vaccine Datalink, which concluded that children who are given three thimerosal-containing vaccines are 27 times more likely to develop autism than children who receive thimerosol-free vaccines.
Thimerosal has been gradually removed from vaccines since 1999, however it is still present in some vaccinations, including virtually all flu shots. During the review, medical experts discussed the results from a study that showed urinary mercury concentrations were six times higher in children with autism, as opposed to normal-age/vaccine matched controls. They also said that they found evidence that suggested the link between thimerosal-containing vaccines and autism had a higher risk than that between lung cancer and smoking cigarettes.
Mercury is a potent neurotoxin. Injecting it into a child, whose nervous system is rapidly developing, could have terrible consequences. So, before you decide to vaccinate your children, do them a favor and look into the many risks and side effects associated with common childhood vaccines. "The Chickenpox Vaccine: A new epidemic of disease and corruption" is about behind-the-scene health issues and their effect on individuals in Antelope Valley, California-a geographically distinct region consisting primarily of two large cities, Palmdale and Lancaster, with a population of over 300,000. In 1995, the FDA licensed a vaccine to protect against a common childhood disease. Healthcare officials believed it was safe, when in fact, it had not been

thoroughly tested. Dr. Goldman, who was studying the effect of the vaccine on the population, was encouraged to generate findings that would lead to publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals. All positive findings were published in a timely manner; however, when Dr. Goldman began to present deleterious outcomes, these seemed to be treated much differently and would portend increased risk of reactivation of a more serious disease harbored by 95% of the adult U.S. population.

Despite concerted efforts by public health officials to restrain Dr. Goldman from publicizing studies and the links he uncovered, Goldman catalogues his undertakings as a research analyst and the long-lasting ill-effects that the universal varicella vaccination program will have on the U.S. population. Since the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) moved to approve the chickenpox vaccine in March of 1995 - the same time Dr. Goldman served as a research analyst of a CDC-funded study on the effects of universal varicella vaccination - the potential for a decades long increase in the incidence of shingles among adults has often been suppressed. Shingles may involve excrutiating pain and is a reactivation of the chickenpox virus. Both chickenpox and shingles derive from the same varicella-zoster virus. Shingles accounts for 75 percent of all medical costs associated with the varicella zoster virus and may cause hearing loss, blindness, facial paralysis, bladder impairment and the long-term debilitating pain even after the rash has resolved, termed post-herpetic neuralagia (PHN).

The facts remain as published in a study by W. Katherine Yih and others (including the CDC) - the incidence of adult shingles has increased by 90 percent from 1998 to 2003, during a time when chickenpox vaccination coverage has increased. Followng a study 300,000 people in the Antelope Valley Community (in Los Angeles county), Goldman's research for the CDC-funded Varicella Active Suerveillance Program (VASP) indicated that exposure to a child with chickenpox provided an immunological "boost," to help postpone or protect against shingles - if childhood chickenpox were to be nearly eradicated, the benefit of exposure and thus natural protection against shingles would be lost.
